Our bar is stocked with a selection of beverages available in glass bottles for the best taste. Enjoy a variety of Swiss and international favorites:

• Soft Drinks: Cola, Fanta, Rivella Blue/Red, Apfelschorle, Elmer Citro.
• Premium Mixers: Thomas Henry Tonic Water and Ginger Beer.
• Energy Drinks: Red Bull (cans).
• Swiss Specialties: Suure Moscht Ramseier Bügel (4%).

We operate on an honor system—simply note the number of bottles you take, and we’ll add the cost (CHF 2 per drink) to your final bill. Planning a celebration? Let us know if you’d like to order specific drinks in larger quantities, and we’ll stock them for you ahead of time.

How It Works:
You let us know your choice up until 2 weeks before your arrival. Your first keg will be setup and connected upon your arrival. You connect possible other kegs yourself as often you like. Edelweiss has 1 beer tap (the other one is for water). Opened kegs cannot be taken back.
