Your departure day

Thank you for having stayed with Edelweiss. We really hope you had a nice time. 

9:00 am check-out bedrooms

The rooms have to be empty first. Feel free to enjoy your breakfast and use dining room and kitchen until 11:00 so you can have a breakfast and prepare for your journey back.

Guests can leave the luggage in the changing room until 16:00 but can only use the basement entrance to not disturb the cleaning or other guests that start coming in. Please do make sure you discuss this with one of our team.

Reinigung

Please leave Edelweiss not dirty. The cleaning is included, but we do kindly ask you to leave Edelweiss in a clean, especially the kitchen.  The Edelweiss team can come from 

Checkliste

• Remove the bedding and bring downstairs tot he Heinzmann trolley
• Turn off all the lights
• Close all windows and balcony doors
• Dispose all your trash
• Make sure all furniture is back to its original position
• Leave the kitchen clean
• Clean the freezer and refrigerators
• Don’t leave any trash in the garden
• Lock the cellar door
• Don’t forget your personal belongings 🙂
• Leave the keys on the bar
