Please contact a member of our team to arrange your preferred arrival time. Upon arrival, we will warmly welcome you, hand over the keys, and show you around the chalet.

We take the time to explain all the important details and features of the house so that you can quickly settle in and start enjoying your stay from the beginning.
Arriving early? We are happy to accommodate an early arrival if possible. Please note that our team may still be busy cleaning the property. Kindly arrange early arrival with us in advance to ensure a smooth process.
What to expect
Upon arrival at Chalet Edelweiss, everything will be prepared for a relaxed and comfortable stay. An overview of the provided amenities, such as household equipment and the initial supply of toilet paper, can be found on the Included page.
Warm welcome
The house will be heated so you can feel comfortable no matter the weather.
Beer connected
If you pre-ordered beer, the tap will be connected and ready to use.
Perfectly clean
The chalet will be thoroughly cleaned and invitingly prepared.
Snow-free access
In winter, the path to the chalet will be cleared of snow to ensure safe access.
Special requests
Special requests you arranged with us in advance will be implemented wherever possible.

A selection of drinks will be ready for you (to be used according ot our self service mechanism)
Fully equipped kitchen
You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need, as well as starter packs with cleaning supplies and garbage bags.
